Garth Wells is the founder and CEO of Equitide and a 30-year construction veteran currently serving as Superintendent at Related Construction California. He also runs Wells & Company Builders, his own general contracting firm. Garth built Equitide from the ground up — from Delaware incorporation and SEC filings to the investor platform — drawing on his firsthand understanding of what it actually costs to build housing and why the current system fails both builders and renters. His vision is a vertically integrated real estate model where aligned incentives replace the traditional conflicts that drive up costs and squeeze out everyday investors.

Irina leads financial operations and accounting at Equitide, bringing rigor and precision to the numbers that underpin every investment. Her work ensures that Equitide's books are clean, its reporting is accurate, and its financial commitments to investors are met. With a background that spans both corporate finance and the practical realities of small business accounting, Irina brings the kind of financial discipline that early-stage real estate companies rarely have — and always need.

Mike Morawski is a 30-year real estate investment veteran who has overseen more than $285 million in real estate transactions. An entrepreneur, author, trainer, and public speaker, Mike brings deep multifamily expertise and a proven track record of building investor communities to Equitide's go-to-market strategy. In 2005, Mike founded a private equity firm, raising $18 million in private capital to acquire $60 million in multifamily apartments — more than 4,000 units across five U.S. markets. Today Mike channels that experience into coaching and training real estate investors through My Core Intentions. He is the host of the Insider Secrets Podcast and co-host of the Multifamily Unplugged Vidcast.

Dana Constance is an award-winning creative director and brand strategist with deep roots in both corporate communications and purpose-driven design. As Founding Creative Director of Equitide, Dana leads the visual identity, storytelling, and marketing strategy behind the company's mission to make real estate investment accessible to everyone. He brings to Equitide the same instinct that has defined his career — finding the human story inside complex systems and translating it into design and language that moves people to act. His work spans brand identity, digital experience, investor communications, and campaign strategy, giving Equitide a creative foundation built to earn trust as much as attention.
